Italian tradition

Since 1977, three generations of the Vagnarelli family have carried out the management of Il Bargello Restaurant with the same passion and dedication.
Mario Vagnarelli, its founder, then handed down the art of catering to his sons Paolo and Roberto.
The management of the restaurant is today entrusted to Nicolò Vagnarelli.
